Code of Business Ethics
Ethical behaviour and “doing the right thing” are at the heart of the Marshall Group and, following on from the benchmark our original Code of Business Ethics set, we have recently updated and refreshed our Code to reflect changes in the structure of the Group and the regulatory landscape in which we operate. To support the launch of the Code the Group has invested in a new bespoke e-learning package which all employees are required to undertake to reinforce their understanding of the Group’s ethical framework. This is further supported by a Group whistleblowing policy, backed by an anonymous 24-hour independent reporting service. The Group’s existing anti-bribery and corruption e-learning package has also been updated.
